With a New Year there are always reflections on the year that has gone and what the New Year will bring.
2017 certainly had a few ups and downs for me and for those around me. And now we are into 2018 and excited to see what is ahead. One weeks of the school holidays to go, I am offering craft classes for children. Mornings, for the 7 – 9 year old and the afternoons for those 10+. Activities include: Weaving (various types), Wool Doll/Octopus, French Knitting, Loom Knitting, Felt making, Toy Making. Priced from $15-$20 per session Once School returns I will continue with afterschool craft sessions: These will include the above as well as Sewing, Knitting, Crochet on a weekly basis. $15 Adult Classes/Workshops – I can book these during the day – ½ day, full day, evenings. Just ask Spinning – I have 3 wheels to lend out, 2 people have expressed an interest in learning, so I can fit in one more. From $10 Weaving – Continuous Strand - Squares, Rectangles, Triangles. Dream Catchers/Macrame – Simple, 2 ½ hours from $40 Knit/Crochet Class – every Wednesday 7.00 – 9.00pm (other times possible) - $10 plus materials Textile Art – Creating with various fibres and fabrics. Remember Late Night Wednesdays – open until 7.00. Stop in for a chat, bring your knitting or crochet. Share ideas and skills. I am planning on attending some craft markets this year (as soon as I have a vehicle again) so please check in on Facebook as I may be closed some Saturdays.
